Collection of Personal Data
When you enter information on F&H’s digital platforms (e.g., our websites), personal data is collected. F&H’s digital platforms also automatically collect information when you visit our digital platforms (e.g., time of visit, your internet browser, and your computer’s operating system).
F&H collects information through the following:
- Log files, which contain the visitor’s usage patterns and actions on our digital platforms. This includes IP address, browser information, internet service provider, time of visit, etc.

F&H collects personal data and other information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the guidelines of the Danish Data Protection Agency.
What Personal Data and Other Information Does F&H Collect
When a visitor uses F&H’s digital platforms, personal data about you is collected. This collection serves several purposes. By processing the visitor’s information, we can optimize the user experience on our digital platforms and display relevant content when F&H’s digital platforms are visited. It is also a purpose that the information may be used for targeted advertisements on third-party digital platforms.
When a person visits F&H’s digital platforms, the following personal data is collected:

When a person places an order on F&H’s digital platforms, the following information is collected:

- company name (if applicable)
- address (postal code, city, street, country code)
- telephone number
The purpose of collecting this information is to deliver the goods to you. If you have consented to cookies, F&H may use your telephone number and email address to optimize our marketing and for statistical purposes. The legal basis for processing/storing this information is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
When a person subscribes to F&H’s newsletters, the following information is collected:
- the person’s full name
- the person’s email address
- the person’s address (postal code, city, street, country code) (optional)
- the person’s date of birth (optional)
- telephone/mobile number (optional)
F&H processes/stores this information for the purpose of sending newsletters with new information about our brands or products. The legal basis for processing/storing the information is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, as this is based on the consent you provide. If you do not wish to receive F&H’s newsletters, you can unsubscribe via the relevant newsletter.
When a person contacts F&H via email, chatbot, or social media, the following information is collected:
- the person’s full name
- the person’s email address
- the content of the inquiry
F&H processes/stores this information to ensure a good customer experience so that the person receives as comprehensive a response as possible. F&H’s legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. If the inquiry relates to a purchased product, the legal basis for processing/storing the information is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
F&H stores this personal data as long as F&H considers it necessary to fulfill the stated purposes.
When a person registers as a member with F&H, the following information is collected:
- the person’s full name
- the person’s email address
- the person’s telephone number
- Password
F&H processes/stores this information to create a personal profile on our digital platform, providing access to exclusive, protected content. You can delete your account at any time under your profile or by contacting us at service.eu@bitzliving.com. F&H’s legal basis for processing this information is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
If a person has consented to cookies, F&H may use their telephone number and email address to optimize our marketing and for statistical purposes. The legal basis for processing/storing the information is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
Retention Period for Personal Data
F&H processes your personal data as long as we assess that we have a legitimate purpose for the processing or if we are obligated to do so in accordance with applicable legislation.
If you purchase a product, we store relevant personal data for 5 years after the end of the financial year in which your last purchase was made, cf. the Danish Bookkeeping Act’s rules on retention of accounting material. Other personal data is stored for 2 years to handle our warranty and complaint rules.
F&H deletes your personal data related to newsletter consent when you withdraw your consent. However, F&H continues to store information about your consent, including information about our specific marketing to you, for up to 2 years for documentation purposes. Personal data related to analysis, security, and documentation is deleted on an ongoing basis and in all cases 3 years after the specific registration of your personal data.
Personal data related to your general inquiries to us is deleted on an ongoing basis when we assess that there is no longer a legitimate purpose for processing such data.
Rights of the Data Subject
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you.

Right of access
You have the right to gain access to the information we process about you, as well as additional information.
Right to rectification
You have the right to have inaccurate information about yourself corrected.

In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you have the right to restrict processing, we may in the future only process the information – apart from storage – with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
Right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You may also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
Right to data portability
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to have this personal data transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.

When our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent.

Cookies are necessary for the website to function. Cookies help F&H gain an overview of your visit to our websites so that we can continuously optimize and tailor the websites to your interests and needs.
